There are over 630 First Nations communities in Canada, which represent more than 50 Nations and 50 Indigenous languages.
Tourism is one of the highest earning industries in Yukon and British Columbia, giving Indigenous tourism outfitters new opportunities for economic development and the chance to share living Indigenous languages and traditions. This serie is part of a campaign to foster the development of vibrant and sustainable First Nations arts, culture and tourism, as well as the beauty of its vast and dramatic landscape.
